Would Lake Fork be a better alternative if we get out there and the Taylor is blown out?
Isn't the Lake Fork a freestone, and the Taylor a tailwater? If so, you'd be better off on the Taylor, if natural runoff is high, pending any planned increase in releases. I don't know who owns that dam, but if you can find that info, you will probably be able to locate planned releases, and better able to plan.
