    Default a few photos

A small sample of my work.

These are my take on Calmac Moths, fun to make, but the bodies are more time
consuming to make than other styles.

Here are remakes of the Shur - Luk Co. Shiners.

These two are sinking rattlin sliders.

    Two floating rattlin sliders.

Enough for now,I hope you enjoy.

    Charlie,

These are really and truly different than what I am used to seeing anywhere. They have an historical look to them. Very nice work and welcome to the forum.

I agree with the vintage look comment. Those are great. The first looks like a cicada

They look like something I would find in my great uncle William "Smiling Bill" Jamison's tackle box:

A thank you to each. The Calmac Bugs,I made in three different sizes.A man from Texas had posted photos on another forum,of originals.I asked if I could get dimensions in exchange for bodies for him to finish. The answer was yes. These are some of 18 I kept of 24.

The next two with props are circa 1940s I believe.I've only seen a photo, and it said the originals were 1 1/2" long.I now make them from 3/4",
to 3 in..These are easy to cast, and have terrific action.

The last four are my designs I spend about half of my tying time working on new ideas. Some times it gets me no where.I make lures to catch fish after fish and a fisherman is proud to own.I'm not a good writer, but would try to answer any questions.I hope you will be happy to see more

I have an original Calmac and the black one would be a spot on match if you took the eyes off. Great Job!

I was going fly fishing until my wife suggested it, now I can't tell who is outsmarting who!
