Default Stillwater fishing books or DVD

Can anyone recommend me a good book or DVD for stillwater fly fishing?
I am mostly fishing the reservoirs and lakes from the shore, from a rental boat or from my SOT kayak.

My favorite stillwater book is written by Denny Rickards titled "Stillwater Presentation".
www.flyfishstillwaters.com - Fly Fish Stillwaters

Denny also has a couple of DVD's on stillwater fishing if interested.
