Grass Carp on the fly

Do yall have any tips or tricks on fly fishing for grass carp? Ive never seen any other carp around where i fish, just grass carp. What flies should i use? Green carp flies? Maybe tie some grass to a hook? I dont know how i would go about fishing for them.

I've actually caught them on a worm fly. If you check out my spey fishing for catfish post, you'll see the fly.

Here are my latest creations:

I'm using green ribbon I found at Walmart for $0.47 a spool. One is 1/4" the other is 3/8". The grass carp loved them. The only problem is the hook keeps snagging through the ribbon, but for $0.47 it doesn't bother me.

My first time out I caught 13 grass carp and 1 common carp.

Awesome! Could i use common carp flies possibly?

Cottonwood is flying here and the grassies are fat to the gills on seeds.

Once the fuzz on top ofe the ponds receides I'll try white fuzzy fly's and foam grasshoppers which get them all the time.
