I am heading out tomorrow, any tips on what flys are working??

stick with the basics... Hare's ear, pheasent tail, scud, zebra/tiger midge, San juan worm. small stonefly nymph 16" .... Personally i would fish the middle, less people maybe lol

Good advice - Middle it is.
Personal choice between the two (this time of year) would be the Middle... flows are still low (easy wading), PMD's are active, and rumors of Green Drakes are starting to pop up.
PMD's are hatching on the Lower as well, but the flows are up at summer norm's and the "bikini hatch" is in full swing.

OK, so I went to the lower as my favorite spot was empty, hit two trout, one dink I did not even realize was on there until he shook off and 1 big rainbow slab that broke my tippet as was getting ready to net him. Dang it. Had a great time, they both hit green drake emergers. 12's
